Compensation: Up to $32 per hour (DOE) with a 10% differential for 2nd and 3rd Shift positions.

Required Skills/Knowledge:
- Basic CNC knowledge
- Has or can comprehend basic gauge use. (Micrometer, calipers, drop gauges, ETC.)
- Can speak and communicate well with others
- Shift(s) 2nd or 3rd / OT when available
Additional Skills/Knowledge Preferred:
- Has grinding experience – CNC or Manual machine
- Additionally has previous Cutter Grinding experience
- CNC, G-Code, M-Code programming
- Advanced print reading
- Tool room background. (Has mechanical aptitude)
- Willing to work OT when needed
