Compensation: Up to $32 per hour (DOE) with a 10% differential for 2nd Shift position.

Required Skills/Knowledge:
- Set up and operate Wire EDM machines to cut complex shapes from various conductive materials.
- Write and modify CNC programs for precision part fabrication.
- Install fixtures, set up wire EDM machines, and prepare for production runs.
- Inspect and measure finished parts using precision gauges and indicators to ensure they meet strict specifications and tolerances.
- Identify and resolve issues that arise during machine operation to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Perform preventative maintenance on EDM machines to keep them in optimal working condition.
- Shift: 2nd (Potential for OT)
Additional Skills:
- Proficiency in CNC programming and operation, particularly with Wire EDM machines.
- A strong understanding of machine tools and mechanical principles.
- Ability to work with high precision and a keen eye for detail.
- Skills to diagnose and address issues with machine performance or part quality.
- Ability to interpret complex engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
- Understanding of various electrically conductive materials and their properties.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift 40 lbs. occasionally
- Standing for prolonged periods of time
- 20/20 vision with correction
