As our Sales Manager, you'll play a critical role in leading daily operations, developing high-performing sales professionals, and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional buying experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Build strong relationships with customers by delivering outstanding service and earning long-term trust.
- Coach sales consultants throughout the sales process and assist with closing opportunities.
- Conduct ongoing sales training to develop product knowledge, sales skills, and professional growth.
- Establish clear performance expectations and create a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Motivate the team through positive leadership, recognition, and performance coaching.
- Maintain a strong presence in day-to-day dealership operations to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
