- Deliver exciting vehicle walkarounds and test drives
- Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up and personalized service
- Generate new business through phone calls, networking, referrals, and social media marketing
- Represent C. A. Russell Ford with professionalism both online and in the community
- Crush monthly sales goals while delivering a top-tier customer experience from start to finish
- Automotive sales experience is a plus — but we can train the right person with the right attitude
- Self-starters who are hungry, motivated, and ready to hustle
- Strong communication and people skills
- Confidence using technology, CRM systems, and social media platforms
- Team players with a professional appearance and positive mindset
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
