C.A. Murren & Sons Company, Inc, a growing industrial, civil, and power industry construction is hiring a Division Manager to lead and scale operations in the Savannah/Costal market.
This is a leadership role responsible for driving profitability, project execution, and team performance across a portfolio of work.
What You’ll Do
- Lead all division operations including project management, estimating, financial performance, and business development
- Own P&L, forecasting, and cost control for the division
- Oversee multiple projects to ensure they are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest safety and quality standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and partners
- Drive new business and repeat work through performance and relationships
- Hire, develop, and lead high-performing teams of PMs, superintendents, and staff
- Establish and execute both short- and long-term strategic plans for growth
What You Bring
- 10 years in construction management with 5 years in management
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-project operations
- Strong financial acumen (P&L, forecasting, budgeting)
- Track record of business development and client relationship management
- Ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and improve performance
