Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Soft Service Tow Yard professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and performing various tasks related to automotive towing and services.
Duties
- Perform soft service duties such as lockouts, battery jumps, tire changes
- Provide excellent customer service to clients in distress
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial driving and operating tow trucks
- Proficiency in automotive repairs
- Strong customer service skills to assist clients effectively
In this position you will be responsible for completing calls that is sent to you by dispatch you must be able to complete the tasks in a timely and professional manner. Our soft service technicians change tires, air up tires, lockouts, jump starts, and battery testing and replacements.
PAY AND TRAINING WILL BE DISCUSSED AT THE INTERVIEW.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
