Norwood is located in the heart of ranching country surrounded by mountainous landscapes with the Lone Cone and San Juan Mountain ranges to the South/East and the LaSal mountains of Utah standing in the West. Our district has a four-day workweek with an occasional staff workday on a Friday to receive professional learning credit.
Norwood Public Schools is seeking a dynamic candidate with effective instructional delivery techniques to serve as our High School Math teacher. The teacher will instruct students in order to develop competence and an understanding of fundamental math skills. This position requires the teacher to instruct using the Colorado State Standards as a foundation for what we want students to know and be able to do.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Colorado State Teacher License for Teaching Positions
- Must meet Highly Qualified Teacher (HQT) requirements as defined by Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA)
- Must pass a general background check (BCI/FBI)
