- Greet patients warmly at check-in and check-out, ensuring every visit starts and ends on a high note
- Answer and manage all incoming calls, texts, and emails with professionalism and care
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments; follow up on missed or overdue visits
- Keep the schedule running smoothly and efficiently throughout the day
- Assist patients with payments and financial arrangements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in our practice management software
- Respond to patient inquiries promptly via phone, text, and email
- Support the clinical and administrative team for a seamless patient experience
- Participate in team meetings and practice-building initiatives ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ REQUIREMENTS
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly with patients of all ages
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Basic computer proficiency; ability to learn practice management software
- Reliable commute to Lansdale, PA 19446 (in-person role) ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ PREFERRED (BUT NOT REQUIRED)
- 1 year of customer service, hospitality, or patient-facing experience
- Familiarity with dental or medical terminology
- Experience with scheduling or administrative systems ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ BENEFITS - Competitive pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
