What You'll Do
- Work chair-side with our orthodontist to deliver outstanding patient care at every appointment
- Perform clinical procedures (placing and removing braces, changing archwires, taking records) with precision and care
- Educate patients and families on oral hygiene and what to expect throughout treatment
- Keep instruments sterilized, workspaces organized, and operatories fully prepped
What We're Looking For
- Enthusiastic, hard-working attitude. This matters more to us than a perfect resume
- 1 year of orthodontic assisting experience preferred (but the right person can learn)
- Current X-ray certification preferred
- Strong communicator who genuinely enjoys working with people of all ages
- Team player who takes initiative and lifts up the people around them
