We are looking for an experienced Product Developer to join the New Product Development team at SharkNinja in Needham, MA.
The role focuses on developing an innovative hair styling device from prototype to market, ensuring product quality, performance, and consumer satisfaction.
✅ Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in product development, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the consumer goods industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- SharePoint knowledge is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
