🚀 We’re Hiring: Microsoft Entra ID Architect
📍 Location: Quincy, MA
⏳ Duration: 6 Months Contract
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Entra ID Architect to lead enterprise identity architecture, governance, and security strategy. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Conditional Access, privileged identity management, and Zero Trust architecture, along with the ability to advise senior security and infrastructure leadership.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Define enterprise Microsoft Entra ID architecture and long-term identity security strategy.
Design and govern Conditional Access policies, including risk-based access, session controls, and authentication strength.
Architect privileged access models using least-privilege and just-in-time access principles.
Establish identity security guardrails, architectural standards, and governance frameworks.
Identify and mitigate identity threats, including token theft and privilege escalation.
Partner with IAM, Cloud Security, Endpoint, and Application teams.
Advise senior stakeholders on identity risks, security controls, and architectural decisions.
Automate identity management, reporting, and governance using Microsoft Graph API.
🔹 Required Skills & Experience
7–10 years of progressive experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
Deep, hands-on expertise in Microsoft Entra ID and tenant-level architecture.
Strong experience designing Conditional Access policies at enterprise scale.
Knowledge of identity attack vectors, privileged access controls, and Zero Trust principles.
Experience in regulated enterprise environments with audit and compliance requirements.
Extensive scripting experience with Microsoft Graph API.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
🔹 Preferred Qualifications
Enterprise consulting or identity security advisory experience.
Zero Trust architecture and identity security strategy expertise.
Relevant Microsoft, cloud, or security certifications.
