Job Title: Activity Aide

As an Activity Aide, you will work closely with individuals to provide engaging and meaningful activities that promote physical and mental well-being. You will also work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure that our residents receive the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging activities that promote physical and mental well-being for individuals with special needs
- Collaborate with the team to ensure that activities are appropriate and safe for each resident
- Maintain accurate records of resident participation and progress
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to residents during activities
- Assist with the planning and execution of special events and outings
- Maintain a clean and organized activity area
Requirements:
-Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
-Active Driver's License with a minimum of 3 years driving experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
