Job Title: Activity Aide

We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Activity Aide to join our team. As an Activity Aide, you will work closely with individuals to provide engaging and meaningful activities that promote physical and mental well-being. You will also work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure that our residents receive the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging activities that promote physical and mental well-being for individuals with special needs
• Collaborate with the team to ensure that activities are appropriate and safe for each resident
• Maintain accurate records of resident participation and progress
• Provide emotional support and encouragement to residents during activities
• Assist with the planning and execution of special events and outings
• Maintain a clean and organized activity area
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
• Active Driver's License with a minimum of 3 years driving experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
