MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS – EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING: Equivalent of the completion of the twelfth grade. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to: Understand and carry out written and oral instructions. Maintain a cooperative and effective relationship with staff and students. Safely operate equipment used in execution of custodial duties. Perform heavy physical labor DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE: Modern methods, materials, and equipment used in performance of custodial duties. Requirements for maintaining school facilities in a safe, clean and orderly condition
