- Serve as a key contributor and point of contact supporting product development and launch for customer and internally driven programs/projects/products
- Assist in driving program planning activities, goal definition, and coordination with stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers (marketing, finance, sales, engineering, operations, etc.) to support alignment on program requirements
- Support Project Team activities including planning new program launches; developing and maintaining project schedules with key milestones; helping define functional deliverables; and communicating plans, schedules, and updates
- Develop an understanding of customer requirements and support communication to the team to help ensure expectations are met
- Provide scheduling support for assigned projects/programs
- Assist in coordinating programs from prototype through delivery phases
- Participate in customer communication during development and early production phases, ensuring clear and timely updates
- Track and report program progress internally and, as needed, externally
- Monitor timing and raise concerns regarding potential delays or cost impacts
- Support communication of customer requirements across internal teams to ensure alignment
- Assist with cost reduction initiatives by supporting project identification and execution efforts
- Monitor project costs and support budget tracking activities
- Assist with tracking tooling, testing, certification, and engineering-related charges
- Help identify program risks and support development of mitigation plans
- Participate in project meetings to support task assignment, tracking, and follow-up as projects progress through phases
- 4-year degree in engineering, engineering technologies, business, or related field or equivalent experience
- 1–5 years of experience in program management, project coordination, product development, engineering, or manufacturing
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to support multiple programs/projects and manage competing priorities
- Mechanical aptitude preferred
- Basic understanding of ISO 9000 or similar quality systems
