Role Description The Senior Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Fort Worth, TX, responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role leads project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers; managing contracts and change orders; and monitoring quality, safety, and inspection activities. The Senior Project Manager tracks logistics and expediting of materials, resolves issues in the field, prepares progress reports, and mentors project teams to maintain high standards of performance and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including Project Management experience in commercial construction and the ability to lead complex, multi-phase projects.
- Experience with $60M size projects.
- Experience P6 Scheduling and Procore Experience (Budget and Cost Management)
- Experience with expediting functions, including Expeditor responsibilities and Expediting processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Background in Inspection activities, quality control, and compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Logistics Management skills to coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and schedules across multiple stakeholders and project sites.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proficiency with construction project management software, scheduling tools, and standard office applications.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and build strong client relationships.
- Experience managing large-scale commercial or institutional projects; healthcare or complex specialty projects experience is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with a focus on safety, quality, and risk management.
- Ability to work on-site in Fort Worth, TX and attend meetings and site visits as required.
