We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and strategic Senior Project Manager to lead complex cross-functional technology initiatives from planning through successful execution. This individual will play a critical role in driving project delivery, aligning stakeholders, mitigating risks, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for complex technology and operational initiatives
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including technology, operations, leadership, vendors, and external stakeholders
- Proactively identify project risks, roadblocks, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies
- Facilitate project meetings, status reporting, stakeholder communications, and executive updates
- Ensure projects remain aligned with business goals, timelines, and quality expectations
- Monitor project progress and drive accountability across teams to ensure successful execution
- Support resource and capacity planning across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Champion process improvements and help refine project management methodologies, tools, and workflows
- Mentor junior project managers and team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking related to project initiatives
- Maintain project documentation, reporting, and governance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive project management experience managing complex technology or operational projects
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
- Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and financial reporting
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and risk management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision
- PMP certification or related project management certifications preferred
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in SaaS, technology, infrastructure, fintech, automotive technology, or enterprise software environments
- Experience leading cross-functional enterprise initiatives and process improvement programs
- Familiarity with PMO governance, operational reporting, and stakeholder management best practices
