Collections Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Lending/credit origination
- Collections account manager
- Insurance penetration
- Help maintain compliance
- Ensure a high level of customer service
- Assist other departments as needed
Collections Account Manager Requirements:
- Collections experience
- Subprime experience is preferred
- Able to work the listed hours
- Good customer service skills
- Good communication & computer skills
- Valid driver's license
