Role Description
The Account Specialist provides administrative and customer support to the collections team. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate customer records, assisting with customer communications, processing documentation, and supporting daily collection operations to help ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the collections department.
* Answer incoming customer calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
* Make reminder and follow-up calls regarding customer accounts.
* Maintain accurate customer records and account notes.
