Position Summary: The Manufacturing Associate will perform all responsibilities necessary to operate, troubleshoot, set up, adjust, repair, and maintain equipment and execute the manufacturing processes.

- Continuous improvement of quality and productivity of manufacturing operations
- Basic skills to setup, load, and unload material from manual and automated equipment with little supervision.
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
- Operate, maintain and clean manufacturing machinery equipment and facility.
- Ensure that work materials are present when needed.
- Ensure all products are packaged and labeled correctly.
- Always follow SOPs and safety standards.
- Demonstrate problem solving abilities.
- Inspect and remove all product that does not meet quality standards.
- Positive attitude.
- Other duties as required from time to time.
