Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Las Vegas, NV. The Sales Specialist is responsible for delivering a welcoming, informed, and engaging in-store experience for every customer, including greeting guests, understanding their needs, and recommending BYLT products that match their lifestyle and preferences. Daily tasks include driving sales through product knowledge and styling advice, maintaining visual merchandising standards, restocking and organizing inventory, and operating the point-of-sale system with accuracy. The role also involves handling customer questions and feedback, resolving issues promptly, and supporting store events or promotional activities as needed. The Sales Specialist will collaborate closely with store leadership, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with customers, actively listen, and provide clear, helpful product guidance.
- Proven Sales abilities, including meeting or exceeding sales goals, upselling and cross-selling, and building long-term customer relationships.
- Experience or interest in Training and Sales Management activities, such as supporting new team member onboarding, sharing best practices, and contributing to a high-performance sales environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by retail operations.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-facing setting and standing for extended periods.
- Interest in apparel, fashion, or lifestyle brands, with the ability to quickly learn and communicate product features and benefits.
- Prior retail or apparel sales experience is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.
