What We're Looking For:
We are looking for team players that are detail-oriented and willing to assume multiple duties to get the job done. Previous construction experience is required and solar installation experience is a plus! We are willing to train highly motivated and exceptional candidates.
Duties include following job schedules and completing tasks in a timely and safe manner, assembly and installation of solar PV systems, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a professional attitude at all times.
Qualifications:
- Construction and/or solar experience is a plus!
- Safety oriented
- Comfortable working in extreme weather conditions
- Able to work at heights on ladders and rooftops
- Can lift 50 pounds on a daily basis
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clean driving record and valid CA driver's license - No DUI's in the past 10 years
- Drug-free - a pre-employment drug test is required
