Outside Sales - Gutter Estimator (Home Improvement)

As we continue to grow, we are seeking skilled and motivated Estimators to join our team.

As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our company's success by accurately estimating the costs and resources required for various projects. You will be responsible for analyzing project specifications, conducting cost analysis, preparing detailed estimates, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate and competitive bids. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the successful execution of our projects.

We offer training through our elite training program that will help you achieve your dream income as well as the basics in sales to help you succeed!

Estimators can earn between $50,000 to $125,000 a year. Top performers can make up to $150,000 a year!  

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough cost analysis, considering labor, materials, equipment, and other project-related expenses.
• Prepare accurate and detailed estimates, including quantity take-offs, labor hours, and material costs.
• Collaborate with project managers to clarify project scopes and resolve any discrepancies.
  
• Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date cost database.
• Monitor project costs and provide ongoing support to project teams.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulations related to estimating practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is a plus!
• Proven experience as an Estimator in the home improvement sector.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
  
• Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and permit processes.
• Ability to obtain a salesperson license through CSLB.
