Software Engineer, Angular/Full Stack

ByDesign Technologies is looking for a Software Engineer, Angular/Full Stack (hybrid) for our Overland Park, KS office. This position is responsible for developing tools, applications, and websites that support our core platform. The ideal candidate would have experience developing web-based, multi-tier applications using various languages and frameworks, including Angular, C# .Net (MVC), and MS SQL Server.

This is a W-2 position. Applicants must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.

What are we looking for in you?

· Minimum of 3 years as a Software Engineer, including at least 3 years using Angular required.

· An Angular SME skilled in defining and upholding development standards and ensuring code quality through unit testing and code reviews.

· Microsoft .NET Technology stack – ASP.NET, MVC, C#

· Microsoft SQL Server

· Development of REST APIs

· Working knowledge of Git-based source repositories, or equivalent, with branching experience

· High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or a related field preferred.

Work Location:

This is a hybrid position based in Overland Park, Kansas.

Desired technical skills (not required):

· Understanding of continuous integration and agile methodologies

· Team City & Octopus Deploy

· Experience with Visual Studio/Visual Studio Code and SSMS
