Sales Associate – SweatHouz
SweatHouz is looking for an energetic, sales-driven Sales Associate who is passionate about wellness, customer service, and creating an exceptional guest experience.
This is more than a front desk position. Our Sales Associates are responsible for driving membership growth, building relationships with guests, maintaining a welcoming studio environment, and ensuring our cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently met.
What You'll Do
Sales & Membership Growth
- Educate guests on SweatHouz services, memberships, and packages.
- Confidently recommend membership options and ask for the sale.
- Follow up with leads, first-time guests, and prospective members.
- Work toward individual and studio membership and sales goals.
- Participate in sales training, role-playing, promotions, and lead-generation activities.
Guest Experience
- Greet every guest with a welcoming, professional, and positive attitude.
- Assist with appointments, memberships, account questions, and general studio needs.
- Build relationships with members to encourage retention and repeat visits.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and involve leadership when needed.
Cleanliness & Studio Standards
Cleanliness is everyone's responsibility at SweatHouz. Because we operate in a wellness environment, maintaining exceptional hygiene and sanitation standards is an essential part of this position.
- Clean, disinfect, reset, and prepare suites between guests.
- Maintain clean and organized common areas, restrooms, equipment, and high-touch surfaces.
- Complete assigned cleaning and sanitation checklists.
- Restock towels, supplies, and guest amenities.
- Maintain excellent personal hygiene and a professional appearance.
- Take initiative when something needs to be cleaned, restocked, or corrected.
