We are looking for an outgoing, creative, and sales-driven Sales & Social Media Associate to join our team.
This is a hands-on position combining boutique sales, customer service, and social media content creation. The ideal candidate loves fashion, enjoys interacting with customers, is comfortable creating content, and is motivated by the opportunity to earn commission on personal sales.
Responsibilities
● Greet customers and provide friendly, engaging customer service
● Assist customers with merchandise selection and purchases
● Actively sell merchandise and work toward individual sales goals
● Earn 3% commission on personal sales
● Create content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social platforms
● Take photos and videos of merchandise, new arrivals, and in-store content
● Create Reels, Stories, posts, and other promotional content
● Promote new arrivals, sales, special offers, and events
● Help increase social media engagement and grow our online presence
● Respond to social media inquiries and help convert online interest into sales
● Maintain attractive and organized merchandise displays
● Assist with general boutique operations as needed
Qualifications
● Friendly, outgoing, and confident communicating with customers
● Sales-driven and motivated by commission
● Creative and comfortable using social media
● Comfortable taking photos and creating short-form videos
● Comfortable appearing on camera when needed
● Strong sense of fashion, trends, and visual presentation
● Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
● Able to work independently and as part of a team
Retail, boutique, sales, or social media experience is preferred, but not required.
Compensation
$12.00 per hour 3% commission on personal sales
This position offers the opportunity to increase your earnings based on your individual sales performance.
