What are the responsibilities and job description for the Copier Service Technician position at BXI Consultants?
BXI Consultants is seeking a Service Technician for copiers/printers/faxes and multi-functional devices. We represent Xerox, KIP and HP office equipment. It's preferred that applicants have knowledge of digital copiers and related equipment, as well as strong computer skills and an understanding of computer networks and software programs. They should be detail-oriented and mechanically savvy, with the ability to install, disassemble and reassemble copiers and parts.
Strong communication and customer service skills are essential. Field technicians need a current driver's license. Xerox certified preferred.
Travel expenses are reimbursed.
