BWLaw PLC is a growing law firm focused on estate planning, real estate, and business transactions in the New River Valley. We are looking for a full-time Office Manager and Marketing Coordinator to help us run and grow the firm.
This is a key role in the firm. You will be responsible for keeping the office running smoothly, managing financial systems, and helping drive consistent revenue through improved processes and marketing.
Responsibilities
Office and Financial Management:
- Manage day-to-day office operations
- Handle bookkeeping and basic accounting (billing, expenses, reconciliation)
- Coordinate payroll and work with outside accountants as needed
- Manage vendors, subscriptions, and office systems
- Maintain organized records and workflows
Revenue Management and Cycle:
- Oversee billing, invoicing, and collections processes
- Track accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances
- Help improve intake, engagement, and payment workflows
- Monitor key metrics such as revenue, collections, and cash flow
- Identify inefficiencies in the revenue cycle and recommend improvements
Marketing and Growth:
- Plan and coordinate events (client events, seminars, community involvement)
- Assist with marketing campaigns and outreach
- Help manage website updates, email communications, and basic social media
- Track marketing efforts and help identify what is working
General Support:
- Assist with improving systems and processes across the firm
- Help ensure a high level of client service and professionalism
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
