Experienced Nurse Practitioner – Preventative Primary Care Clinic

Clinic Hours: Generally M-F 8am - 5pm
About the Role:
We are seeking a mission-driven Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our integrative care team in Plano, TX. In this full-time role, you'll play a central part in delivering high-quality, preventative, and wellness-focused care. Core Responsibilities:
Clinical and Preventative Care
- Conduct advanced physicals and comprehensive patient evaluations
- Administer and manage treatments including IV Therapy, Hormone Optimization, and
- Longevity Therapy
- Order, review, and interpret diagnostic and lab tests to guide clinical decisions
- Develop and manage personalized care plans with a preventative and integrative focus
- Educate patients on lifestyle changes, wellness strategies, and disease prevention
Patient Experience
- Deliver compassionate, one-on-one care that supports patient goals and preferences
- Foster open communication to empower patients in making informed health decisions
Documentation & Compliance
- Accurately document all patient interactions in the EMR system in a timely manner
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and regulatory requirements
- Support clinic safety protocols and professional standards
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with nurses, MAs, and clinic staff to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and ongoing quality improvement
- Consult with supervising physicians for escalated or complex care
Professional Standards
- Maintain current Texas NP licensure and all required certifications
- Uphold professional conduct in appearance, communication, and clinical performance
- Demonstrate a solutions-oriented mindset and commitment to collaborative care
Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Texas
- Board certification and current DEA registration
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner (required)
- Experience in outpatient, primary care, functional medicine, or integrative care strongly preferred
- Familiarity with EMR systems (eCW or similar)
- Proficient in or open to training in wellness-based treatments such as IV therapy and hormone optimization
- Strong communication and patient relationship-building skills
This position requires a Nurse Practitioner with at least 3–5 years of clinical experience in an outpatient or primary care setting.
