- Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist with reservations and provide knowledgeable recommendations for local attractions and dining options
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area/lobby
- Assist with laundry
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment
- Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software
- Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for our guests
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
