Personal Trainer – Small Group Training
We are looking to add a motivated, personable Personal Trainer to our team! This position involves coaching 1–4 clients per hour in a supportive, results-driven training environment. We work with clients of all ages and experience levels, so strong communication skills and adaptability are a must.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach small group personal training sessions (1–4 clients per hour)
- Clearly demonstrate workouts verbally and physically
- Adapt and modify workouts based on individual client needs, goals, and injuries
- Create a positive, motivating, and safe training environment
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Accredited Personal Training Certification (required)
- CPR/AED Certification (required)
- Experience in personal training and/or group training is strongly encouraged
- Ability to confidently coach proper form and movement patterns
- Comfortable working with a wide range of fitness levels and ages
- Personable, professional, and reliable
Schedule
- Mondays: 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- Tuesdays: 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM
- Wednesdays: 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- Thursdays: 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM
- Team Meetings: Wednesdays 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Additional: Alternating Friday evenings and Saturday mornings
