An experienced Project Planner and Scheduler to join our team to support the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of large-scale projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive project schedules, resource allocation plans, and progress tracking systems using Oracle P6 Primavera software. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and extensive experience managing complex project schedules in a multi-project environment.

Responsibilities
- Create a schedule that balances demand, capacity, and material requirements.
- Work with internal departments to adjust schedule due to changing conditions
- Provide ship dates to sales department taking current backlog and customer/sales expectations into consideration.
- Maintain production status updates; coordinate with project team and materials personnel to ensure progress against production plans
- Review production requirements and manpower and capacity restraints with manufacturing leaders
- Facilitate meetings between departments to review status of schedule and impact on projects and organization
- Other duties as assigned
