Position Overview:
We’re hiring Grill / Fry Cooks to join our Butte crew. This is a high-energy, hands-on role where you’ll be working the grill and fryer during busy rushes. Ideal for someone who can move fast, stay focused, and deliver consistent quality under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Cook and assemble grill and fried menu items to standard
- Maintain speed and accuracy during high-volume rushes
- Monitor food quality, cook times, and portioning
- Keep grill, fryer, and prep areas clean and organized
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Communicate clearly with team to keep orders flowing
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and ability to hustle in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to stay organized and focused under pressure
- Team player with a no-drama, get-it-done attitude
- Grill, fryer, or kitchen experience preferred (but not required)
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
