Position Overview:
We’re hiring Baristas to join our Butte crew. This is a quick-serve, high-energy role focused on drive-thru service, drink quality, and keeping things moving. If you work hard, stay sharp under pressure, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, you’ll fit right in.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and specialty beverages to standard
- Take and fulfill drive-thru orders quickly and accurately
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service
- Maintain speed and consistency during rushes
- Keep bar and work areas clean, stocked, and organized
- Communicate clearly with team to keep orders moving
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and ability to hustle
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Barista or food service experience is a plus, but not required
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
