Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a positive, welcoming attitude
- Take accurate food & beverage orders and enter them into the POS
- Deliver food, drinks, and refills promptly
- Provide excellent table service and check back on guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar teams
- Process payments and handle cash/credit accurately
- Follow all food safety and alcohol service guidelines
- Assist with sidework, restocking, and opening/closing tasks
Qualifications
- Serving experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Team-oriented, reliable, and professional
- Must be 18
- Food Handler/Alcohol Server certification or ability to obtain
