What You Will Do
- Proven success in a luxury retail environment, focusing on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Provide expert knowledge and advice on BVLGARI's small leather goods, handbags, and accessories range.
- Identify client needs and preferences to suggest products that enhance their collections.
- Conduct product presentations and private viewings, delivering a personalized shopping experience that reflects the luxury and exclusivity of the BVLGARI brand.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the latest collections and offerings in the small leather goods, handbag, and accessory categories.
- Manage sales transactions efficiently, following all company protocols and procedures.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by offering a bespoke service tailored to their preferences and lifestyles.
- Use clienteling tools and systems to track client information, preferences, and purchase history, ensuring a tailored approach in all interactions.
- Organize and attend client events, product launches, and other activities that enhance client engagement and brand loyalty.
- Proactively reach out to potential new clients and nurture existing client relationships through regular communication, updates on new products, and exclusive offers.
- Proven experience in luxury retail, preferably in leather goods and accessories.
- Strong passion for fashion and luxury, with specific knowledge of small leather goods and handbags.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade a discerning clientele.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus, reflecting our global client base.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays, and attend client events outside standard retail hours.
