Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position-based role for a Territory Manager located in Michigan. The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales, and achieving revenue goals within the assigned territory. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, regularly meeting with healthcare professionals and decision-makers, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring market trends, maintaining detailed records, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, account management, and business development, preferably in the healthcare or eye care industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic planning, analytical problem-solving, and organizational skills to analyze market trends and meet sales goals.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales-related software for tracking and reporting metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage territory effectively, and adapt to dynamic environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with ophthalmic medical devices, procedures, or related fields is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Greater St. Louis area for client visits and corporate engagements.
