Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Construction Superintendent to work on jobsites on the Front Range. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for managing construction sites, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining organization, managing budgets, and overseeing sub-contractor on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Construction Site Management and Construction Safety skills
- Strong Organization Skills and Computer Skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of local construction regulations and codes
- Experience as a foreman or superintendent
