Description
We are seeking a Trade Show Event Coordinator who will assist in coordinating all aspects of our client's hospitality during their trade show program and provide outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities and Duties;
- Coordinate trade show shipping logistics
- Order client trade show services
- Partner with business development managers (BDM) to manage client accounts
- Effectively communicate with team members throughout the trade show process
- Typical hours are 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday, (with some weekends needed during shows) flexible start time
Requirements
- Some college or equivalent experience
- Very comfortable with technology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to handle the pressure of a deadline sensitive environment
- Quick learner, willing to learn trade show industry
- Ability to work overtime during busy season, field occasional weekend calls
- Light lifting
Travel to trade shows when necessary

Salary : $37,000 - $42,000
