The Collections Specialist will work as part of the division finance team to collect funds and resolve payment discrepancies. This role will develop an in-depth knowledge of the Fresh Division's distributors and customer accounts.
This role will be based out of our Bannockburn, IL office (4x/week). We are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.

Your impact:
- Contact accounts to collect past due invoices.
- Resolve issues and complaints concerning billing.
- Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and address with the team lead.
- Provide friendly and timely customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of attempted contacts.
About you:
- 2 years' experience in a collections or comparable role, preferred
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Microsoft Office (Strong Excel Skills Preferred)
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
