Accounts Payable Specialist

Your impact:

• Process a high volume of invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Review, code, and match invoices to purchase orders and expense reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and approval workflows.
• Assist with vendor setup, maintenance, and inquiries while maintaining positive vendor relationships.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including AP reconciliations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Accounting, Procurement, Operations) to resolve discrepancies.
• Work effectively in a multi-subsidiary environment, ensuring proper allocation and intercompany handling.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within Accounts Payable.
• Assist with fulfilling support requests during the annual audit.

About you:

• 3 years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience working in a multi-entity or multi-subsidiary organization preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
