What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Lead Teacher (Ages 4-5) position at Buttons & Bows Childcare?
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members
- Monitor and supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress
Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting is appreciated but not necessary.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning environment is appreciated.
- Ability to manage behavior effectively
