What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality, resident-centered nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and care
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate updates to the care team
- Lead and support CNAs to ensure exceptional daily care
- Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Active RN or LPN license in Arkansas
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
- A genuine passion for caring for seniors
- Long-term care experience is a plus (but we’ll train the right person!)
