Join Our Buttered Up Bakery Family!
We're seeking a friendly individual to join our small team. We're hiring both part-time and full-time positions. All positions will need to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) per week. Guaranteed regular schedule and we're only open from 7a to 3p, so there's no super late or early shifts. Starting pay is $15.50 per week, plus pooled tips which average $3 to $5 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and ensure kitchen cleanliness.
- Bussing tables and maintaining a tidy dining area.
- Help customers with their inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Operate the Square POS system for order processing.
- Support daily operations in a quick-service café setting.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering as needed.
Skills
- Experience in culinary settings, including restaurants or cafés, is preferred.
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute positively to the workplace culture.
- Previous experience in food preparation or bussing is beneficial but not required.
