SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE:
Butte Fence is looking for a Warranty and Repair Manager to join our local team here in Meridian! This person will ensure the success of fencing projects by providing excellent customer service skills and providing administrative support to our Operations and Sales teams.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: (Position may include additional functions not listed.)*
- Facilitate the organization process for repairs and warranties, including scheduling
- Be an available resource to the Sales Department, customers, and to the Butte Fence operations and administrative teams
- Create, maintain, and enter information into SAGE and MONDAY software
- Schedule and confirm repairs and warranties for customers
- Generate quotes and oversee Vendor Purchase Orders
QUALIFICATIONS: (Required knowledge, skills, abilities, education, experience, etc.)
- High school diploma or GED
- Construction project management skills a plus
- Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to adapt to changing work scopes and priorities
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Experience with industry software such as SAGE and MONDAY
- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
PHYSICAL & OTHER REQUIREMENTS: (physical, environmental, travel, etc.)
- Combination of office setting and warehouse
