Salary Schedule 4, $57,729.68 to $124,783.11 annually if fully credentialed. Effective July 1, 2026 salary will be $59,464.02 to $128,522.73. This position is exempt from overtime. Annual stipend pay: Master's $1,200 or Doctorate $2,000 Prorated upon hire

7 hours per day/Monday – Friday/11 months/183 days annually (Prorated upon hire)

Credential Information This position requires a valid, unexpired California Education Specialist Credential in one of the following areas: • Extensive Support Needs • Moderate/Severe Disabilities with an Education Specialist Bridge – Extensive Support Needs • Moderate/Severe Disabilities will be considered; however, will need to obtain the Education Specialist Bridge – Extensive Support Needs authorization* *The 3-hour Bridge authorization requirement will need to be completed during the first year of employment and is offered free through Butte County SELPA Holders of an out-of-state Special Education Teaching Credential authorizing instruction to students with Extensive Support Needs should upload a copy of their out-of-state credential in lieu of the California Credential All applicants must hold a valid, unexpired English Learner authorization (e.g. embedded EL Authorization, CLAD, BCLAD, or SDAIE) Intern credentials and permits are not acceptable for this position.
