What You’ll Do
As a Sales Executive (Hunter), you’ll focus on winning new business in the printed electronics and advanced manufacturing markets. You’ll prospect, qualify, and close opportunities by educating customers and positioning BTI as a trusted technical partner.
This role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running, thrives in outbound sales, and will excel in turning complex, custom opportunities into closed business while working closely with cross‑functional teams.
Customers You Impact / Outcome You Produce
You’ll engage new prospects and early‑stage customers across both small and large organizations. Your success will be measured by new logo acquisition, pipeline growth, and closed revenue.

- Driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Building and managing a strong, qualified sales pipeline
- Expanding BTI’s presence in printed electronics markets
- Collaborating across teams to move opportunities from concept to close
What You Need to Be Successful
- A hunter mindset with a strong desire to close business
- Ability to manage 50–100 active opportunities across varying deal sizes and timelines
- Comfort selling custom, engineered products (products vs. services experience a plus)
- Ability to pivot quickly and adapt to changing priorities
- Confidence working across sales, engineering, operations, and marketing teams
How Do You Know If You’re Not a Good Fit
- You prefer account maintenance over new business development
- You’re uncomfortable managing a high-volume, fast-moving pipeline
- You dislike learning technical products or navigating complex opportunities
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify and vet all printed electronics leads for viability and fit
- Proactively prospect and develop new business opportunities
- Accurately document leads, activity, and pipeline stages in CRM
- Educate prospects on BTI technologies and capabilities
- Translate technical requirements into recommended solutions
- Negotiate pricing on quotes and purchase orders
- Build partnerships with customers, suppliers, and industry contacts
- Support marketing initiatives, including product materials and tradeshows
- Travel up to 15% for customer visits, tradeshows, and industry events.

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required (ITAR compliance
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, selling into both small and large businesses
- Proven ability to close business in a hunter‑style role
- Ability to travel up to 10% for customer meetings, tradeshows, and industry events
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
- Good mechanical aptitude; ability to read drawings and blueprints
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- General computer and CRM proficiency (Hubspot experience a plus)
- Basic understanding of units of measure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a team‑oriented environment
- Minimum of a BA Degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to successfully complete background and drug screening
