What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custom Framer position at Butler Gallery?
Picture Framer and Design Associate wanted to join our small team at an established custom frame shop and retail art gallery in Hunt Valley.
Position includes framing artwork, helping customers design framing, assisting customers with other purchases, maintaining retail and workshop spaces and inventory. Hourly wage will depend on experience. Experience with art or framing is preferred, but we will train.
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
- Must be available evenings and weekends.
- Must enjoy interacting with people - we are here to serve our customers!
- Must like attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently is a plus.
- Creativity and adaptability are highly valuable traits.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
