We are seeking a skilled Framer to join our wall panel manufacturing team. This role is ideal for individuals with framing experience who take pride in precision, productivity, and craftsmanship. As a Wall Panel Assembler, you will play a key role in building high-quality wall panels that support residential and commercial construction projects.
Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, you will efficiently assemble wall panels according to shop drawings, production schedules, and established quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Read, interpret, and follow shop drawings to ensure accurate material cuts.
Operate saw equipment at optimal efficiency to meet production goals.
Perform routine and periodic maintenance to keep equipment in safe, working condition.
Optimize material usage to reduce waste and support cost-saving initiatives.
Train and support stackers to ensure proper material handling and workflow.
Maintain compliance with all quality, safety, and production standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Ability to read and write in the primary language.
Basic math skills with attention to accuracy and measurements.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Strong safety awareness and commitment to best practices.
Willingness to successfully complete required Safety Training, Sawyer Training, and Testing.
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 3:30 pm to 2:00 am (Eventual Fridays during peak season)
