Ross Local School District is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional to join the team at Ross Middle School for the 20262027 school year.
Position Responsibilities
- Support students in the classroom and throughout the school day.
- Assist teachers with instructional and classroom activities.
- Provide academic, behavioral, and organizational support to students as directed.
- Work collaboratively with intervention specialists, classroom teachers, administrators, and other staff.
- Assist students with developing independence and successful school routines.
- Help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
- Provide additional student support as assigned by administration.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience working with children or students is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong communication, patience, dependability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to support students with a variety of academic and behavioral needs.
